Job Description
Customer Relationship Officers (CROs) are the liaisons between Progrez and our customers. As a CRO you are going to maintain great relationships with current customers as well as pursue new leads. As Customer Relationship is one of our core cultures, we always take relationships seriously and candidates should be able to show that they always do their best in serving customers.
Work experience of minimum 1 year is preferred, however, fresh graduates who demonstrate the stated requirements are welcomed to apply.
Required Skills
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Have a positive attitude at all times
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and orally
- Candidates with good command of English, both written and orally, are highly preferred
- Be familiar with technology, especially IT

Developers develop software solutions to specifications and designs that are outlined to them. As most of our current and future developments involve web-applications written in PHP and Java, candidates should have excellent skills on the aforementioned programming languages.
